→ Liz Earle Energising Body Scrub.

Liz Earle's Energising Body Scrub sounded like the perfect thing to perk me up after Christmas and a bad case of woman flu. My skin was dry and in need of some love...

Liz Earle Say : Use our invigorating, refreshingly scented body scrub to exfoliate and revitalise. Ground olive stones gently buff away dead skin cells for smoother, healthier-looking skin.
Massage onto wet skin to help improve circulation and enliven senses.
Specially selected ground olive stones gently buff away dead skin cells for healthier, smoother skin.

I Say : This stuff is a real treat. When I first smelt it I was unsure as it smells quite strongly herbal-ish, but when you use it in the shower the scent is not overpowering at all, it just awakens your senses and makes the whole bathroom smell lovely.

This wash has a slight cooling effect on the skin which is lovely. Buffing it in small circles all over will remove and dead dry skin and leave you feeling refreshed and so, so smooth. I've never used a scrub like this, my legs look different than before, my skin just looks brighter after using this.

This is just the perfect pick me up any time of the year to leave you soft, clean and freshly glowing!

Where To Purchase : Liz Earle Shops, Or online.

I'm gonna have to look up the price and write this down. I really need a new body scrub :)

I had a small version of this that I got in a set and I loved it, too. I had the same concerns as you over the smell, but there's something about Liz Earle products where you initially think it might smell too herbal, but when you use them they are really invigorating. I want to get a ful size one of these now I've just finished my Philosophy Salt Scrub (which I would HIGHLY recommend, by the way!)x
