« Davina Peace : Body Care Review.

Recently I was contacted about trying out some products from Davina Peace. I had never heard of the brand before but after a look at their website, and hearing some more about the range I liked what I read. The Davina Peace range is exclusive to Harrods. Their Body Care products use ethically sourced ingredients, and are Organic. You can read more information about the Brand and Davina herself here.

I received a full sized body oil, and a sample of the body cream and hand cream to try out. Here is what I thought of them all...

First off, the packaging is lovely. It's very elegant and classy. The Body Oil came inside a cylinder box with a lid. The bottle itself is lightly frosted and glass. I think it looks so nice and posh on my dressing table! The oil itself is just lovely, I am not normally one for using a body oil so this was new for me, but I think I might be a convert. This stuff smells absolutely divine, such a herbal relaxing scent that lasts for hours. My skin is left feeling super soft and looking amazing after using this. It soaks in really quickly and does not leave a sticky or greasy residue.

Pure Hand Luxury! It smells so fresh, kind of lemony, and it keeps my hands feeling soft all day, almost like a barrier that protects them. It has a rich luxurious texture that blend in to the skin without leaving a greasy after feel. I don't have particularly dry hands, but I do wash them lots and this has worked wonders in keeping them looking and feeling soft and fresh. You only need a little, it goes a long way. This come with me everywhere.

- The Body Cream -
This is like the hand cream, rich in texture, but just melts into the skin. It smells amazing, a herbal fresh scent that lingers all day. It's very moisturising and soothing on the skin too. It leaves my skin glowing and feeling like silk, it is so luxurious. Very good for dry skin as it is really hydrating. I feel pampered after applying this, like I am wrapped in luxury!

So, those are my thoughts. I know that the products are a little on the pricey side, but they really are sheer luxury and leave you feeling like you stepped out of a spa pampering session! They are all available online or in Harrods. I recommend!
